National papermaking is divided into paper and cardboard. The annual demand is about 100 million tons. There are more than 4,000 paper-making enterprises, and a stable supply chain has been formed. Among them, the corrugated paper used for display racks accounts for about 30% of the paper output, and there is a certain degree of growth every year.
From the perspective of the structure of various paper products, with the development of commodity economy and the popularity of online shopping, the demand for packaging paper boxes and corrugated paper has been huge in the past two years, both of which are the main materials of cartons. At the same time, corrugated paper has replaced part of plexiglass and steel, iron and wood. Become a new star in the display stand industry.
Followed by whiteboard paper and uncoated printing and writing paper in cultural paper, accounting for 30%. The lower output is the specialty paper, which has a special purpose, lower output and higher added value.
The composition of papermaking raw materials:
There are mainly three types of pulp for papermaking: wood pulp, waste paper pulp and non-wood pulp. Wood pulp is a paper pulp made from steam-extracted fibers from wood chips. Waste paper paddles are paper paddles made from recycled waste paper. Non-wood pulp is pulp made from raw materials other than wood chips and waste paper. Including straw oar, reed oar, cotton oar, hemp oar, bamboo oar.
Waste paper pulp is the main component of domestic raw material paper, and the amount of waste paper recycling increases year by year, mainly from the United States, the European Union, and Japan. Its imported waste paper accounts for about 90% of my country's imports.
The United States is the country with the largest consumption of paper and cardboard in the world, and neighboring Canada and Brazil in South America are also major exporters of wood pulp. Therefore, the United States produces most of the pulp for papermaking itself, while the rest is imported from Canada and Latin American countries. This basically satisfies the domestic source of pulp materials for papermaking, and some of the recycled waste paper is exported to China. Japan is the country with the highest forest coverage rate and waste paper recycling rate. Therefore, a certain amount of waste paper is also exported to my country. Some EU countries, such as Finland and other countries with high forest coverage, export a large amount of domestic wood pulp, which provides material sources for the major paper and cardboard consumer countries within the EU. Therefore, the waste paper from these major paper and cardboard countries is also exported to China. 20% of my country's imported waste paper.
The compound annual growth rate of paper and cardboard consumption is about 10%, which is basically the same as the growth rate of the national economy. It is an industry highly related to the national economy. Forestry, agriculture, chemical industry, publishing, packaging, printing, environmental protection, machinery manufacturing and many other industries are associated with the paper industry. Therefore, its development is related to many upstream and downstream industries.
From the perspective of product use, newsprint and writing paper are mainly used for cultural undertakings, packaging paper, corrugated paper, and boxboard paper are mainly used for industrial production, and ultimately serve the lives of residents. Therefore, the paper industry is given the "never decline". industry. And it will continue to develop with the improvement of residents' living standards and the development of social conformity.
