Sinmenda's MOQ is 200pcs, and custom or stock sample is available.
Q2: How long can I expect to get sample?
Stock sample is free, you only need to pay for the freight, it will be sent out in 1~2 business days.
Custom sample, after you paid for the sample and send us confirmed files, it will be ready for delivery in about 3~4 business days.
Q3: Does Sinmenda accept OEM/ODM?
It's acceptable. The new molds will be opened according to design drawing, size and material.
Q4: What about the lead time for mass production?
Normally, it's about 12 Business days after approval of final sample.

Q6: What is Sinmenda's term of payment?
Sinmenda accepts T/T, Paypal, West union, L/C and Alibaba trade assurance. 30% deposit after order confirmed, the balance be paid before shipment is available.

Yes, once we confirm the type, size, we can offer dieline/template, share with your designer or you can send me your design, our designer will do the best.
