Q4: Can I get samples of your products?
A: Yes, we are always happy to send you free samples of our products. You just need pay thefreight and simply let us know that your requirements are and the delivery address.
Q5: When you create artwork design, what kind of format is available for me?A: The popular format is Al, PDF and PSD.
Q6: What's your lead time for mass order?
A: Normal production time is about 1 week after payment, but final time will be depend onyour bag type and quantity.
Q7: Payment ways and payment term?
A: 1. We support T/T, West Union, Paypal and Alibaba Trade Assurance.
1. 30%-50% as deposit and rest as balance before shipment.
