A: We specialized in all kind of jewelry boxes, watch boxes, wine boxes, gift boxes and related paper, wooden or plastic boxes.
Q2. Are you a manufacturer?
A: Yes, we have been in packaging industry since 2016, our factory located in Hunan, China.
Q3: Do you accept customize?
A: Yes, we can customized your LOGO on all products.
Q4. Can I get a FREE sample?
A: Customized sample will be charged depend on your requirement and freight collected. Sample fee can be refunded when formal PO issued.
Q5: What is your MOQ?
A: Usually our MOQ is 5000pcs. MOQ will be changed depend on the different material, size and workmanship.
Q6. What are your terms of delivery?
A: We can provide EXW, FOB,CIF etc.
Q7: What is the delivery time?
A: For mass production will be 15- 30 days. It depends on quantity and workmanship.
For samples is around 5- 7 days.
Q8. What warranty you can give me?
A: After received your goods, please feel free to speak out your problem either about our service or quality within 7 days, your comments is the direction for us to make improvement. We will find the best solution together.
